Membership

LT-ACT is our collective voice at Lenox Terrace, working to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for you.  The membership drive begins January 15th each year. Each building accepts applications from their residents at membership tables in the lobby.​

Dues are $20 per apartment for one year, or $10 for seniors (62+). Members must be primary leaseholders. We also have: Building Meet & Greet Networking Events, Building holiday parties, Membership-only Discounts at local businesses, Building bus rides to various casinos and/or shopping malls.
