WELCOME TO LT‑ACT

The Lenox Terrace Association of Concerned Tenants (LT‑ACT) is the official tenants’ association for Lenox Terrace in Central Harlem. Founded in 1968, LT‑ACT has spent more than five decades advocating for safe, well‑maintained homes and a strong, unified community.

We are a resident‑led organization committed to protecting the quality of life of everyone who calls Lenox Terrace home. From addressing building conditions to elevating tenant concerns with management and elected officials, LT‑ACT ensures that residents have a powerful voice and real support.

LT-ACT works with local political representatives to address quality of life issues in Lenox Terrace and Central Harlem and with other affordable housing groups and large apartment complexes in NYC to lobby for tenants’ rights.
